Not Boring NYC hats sparked from an online debate started by Martini Feeny about "boring NYC influencers". The Discourse shined light on the lack of creativity, diversity and individuality promoted online. Our Not Boring hats are for the 1 of 1 people who want to celebrate their uniqueness, while giving back to the city we all love most, New York. That is where our initiative to donate back 50% of proceeds to local female charities in NYC such as the Center for the Women of New York  comes in. You will also find that all of our hats are made in New York, by New Yorkers. We hope you enjoy wearing your not boring hats as much as we enjoy celebrating our not boring-ness. 

Not Boring NYC may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

SHIPPING 

All packages are processed for shipping within 1-2 weeks of your purchase unless noted in the product description. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Not Boring NYC once shipped. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders. Additional Fees & Duties may apply for international orders. Not Boring NYC is not responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays or other matters that may arise during transportation of your order by our shipping carriers. Any concerns or problems related to the shipping process should be addressed directly with the respective shipping carrier.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products or services sold through Not Boring NYC . Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. Exceptions: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Not Boring NYC.
